Get the OpenRouter provider feed

The model feed OpenRouter reads from a provider, in OpenRouter's provider schema: every listed model with its context and output limits, quantization, prices, capacity and serving locations, and whether it is ready to take traffic. The key may be sent as Authorization: Bearer or X-API-Key, never both.

Requires the inference entitlement family; requests without it return 404 not_found.
