Create an account

[Protected by accounts_manage scope] This endpoint allows you to create a previously deleted account. Accounts that can be created are those with the "NEW" status, retrieved by running a synchronization on the LIST_ACCOUNTS connection (/connections/id/synchronization?type=LIST_ACCOUNTS). For more information, read the section "Synchronizations, a story of queue and events"
