Handle Dodo Webhook
Handle Dodo Payments webhook (Standard Webhooks spec).
Signature is verified in production. On processing failure this returns a 500 ON PURPOSE — Dodo retries failed deliveries up to 8 times over ~27h, and every handler path is idempotent, so the retry ladder is our error recovery. Do not swallow exceptions here.
