Refresh Followers

Re-read the member's Instagram profile from Meta, then report their state.

Follower counts are otherwise only written when an Instagram account is connected, so a creator who has since crossed the bar would stay locked with no way to prove it. This is the button that lets them ask.

A Meta failure is logged and swallowed: the response still reports the state we have, which is no worse than before the click.
