Generate a tailored AI auto-reply prompt from a flow's node graph.
The flow counterpart of generate_auto_reply_prompt. A flow's comment trigger has no DM offer on the trigger node itself — the DM is sent by downstream message nodes — so the service inspects those message nodes to describe what the contact receives, then writes an on-topic public auto-reply prompt for the comment trigger.
