Backfill Cancelled At
TEMPORARY: one-off backfill of cancelled_at (when the subscription left Active) for existing non-active subscriptions, sourced live from Razorpay / Lemon Squeezy. Admin role only; safe to re-run. Remove after the backfill has run in every environment.
