Read a saved received-work report

No login required. The unguessable token is the access capability. Returns redacted criteria and their origin, creator category, file fingerprint and counts, condensed per-check results with locators, verdict, honesty statistics, observations (titles, counts and row numbers only), checked date, and active or stale state. File content, filenames, and verbatim source context are never stored or returned. Adding an observation on the website preserves the executed checks and drafts only the new sentence. Passing receipts have no bounty-posting action. Failed receipts keep the rework action with the same checks.
