Turn on the default subdomain

Makes the app reachable at <app-name>.liara.run. Team permission: operate or manage.

The default subdomain expires one week after the app's first successful deployment. It's then turned off, defaultSubdomainExpired becomes true, and it can't be turned back on. Connect a custom domain to keep the app reachable.
