Get Articulo

Un artículo completo (fracciones e incisos incluidos) con el texto que rige en fecha (hoy si se omite), su fuente, el SHA-256 del texto, su vigencia, components con la versión de cada parte y su cita (canonical_citation, citation_status). Una fecha anterior al baseline de su norma responde 404 outside_coverage; una futura (más allá de mañana), 404 future_not_available.
