POST /api/v1/vault/deposit/ — submit a SQUID burn tx for vault crediting.

Creates a pending VaultDeposit record and enqueues the background verification task. Implements idempotency via tx_hash uniqueness: if a deposit for the given hash already exists (regardless of owner or status) the existing record is returned with HTTP 200 instead of 201.

Request body (JSON): tx_hash (str) — on-chain transaction hash (0x + 64 hex chars) chain_id (int) — must be 252 (Fraxtal); other chains are rejected burn_method (str) — 'burn_function' or 'dead_address'

Returns: 201 — newly created deposit (serialized via _serialize_deposit) 200 — existing deposit for the same tx_hash (idempotent re-submission) 400 — invalid input (no wallet, bad hash, wrong chain, unknown method) 401/403 — unauthenticated or unauthorized
