Submit an on-chain tx_hash to match against a pending web repayment.

The from_address must match the user's registered ethereum_address. This proves the caller controls the wallet that sent the payment.

Request body (JSON): tx_hash (str) -- the on-chain transaction hash. from_address (str) -- the sender address.

Returns: 200: Repayment matched, awaiting on-chain confirmations. 400: Address mismatch, missing fields, or duplicate tx_hash. 403: Not authenticated. 404: No pending repayment request found.
