Add Wallet to an Accepted Individual Profile

Add a wallet to an existing profile that has already been accepted.

The project object is required when the profile type is PROJECT_HOLDER, and ignored otherwise. If it is missing, the API returns a 400 error: project property cannot be empty when profile is PROJECT_HOLDER.
