Warranty registration webhook

HMAC-signed callback when a coach is warranty-registered (delivery). Matches users by coachGuid or productVin, sets ownershipStatus to current_owner, and fills VIN when missing. Same signature scheme as form intake: sha256=<hex> over ${x-ltv-timestamp}.${rawBody}.
