List account links for current user
Account linking is mutual-consent only: (1) User A sends an invite using the partner email, (2) User B accepts or declines the pending invite, (3) accepted links appear in both users' linked accounts, and (4) either user can unlink later. Returns incoming pending invites, outgoing pending invites, and accepted links for the current user.
