Intake WordPress form submission

Accepts signed WordPress webhook payloads for async processing. Requires signature headers and idempotent delivery metadata.

Unique delivery identifier for idempotency and replay protection.

HMAC signature in format 'sha256=<hex>' over ${x-ltv-timestamp}.${rawBody}.
