Start a client subscription

End the Leexi trial of a client company and start its paid Stripe subscription, with the plan, interval, currency and seats currently set on the company. Only available when you bill your clients yourself (independent reseller); otherwise billing goes through Leexi and the endpoint answers 422. A client whose Stripe subscription is still open (active, trialing, incomplete, past_due, unpaid or paused) answers 409: cancel it first. The request body is ignored.
