List stored CFTC Commitments of Traders series. Without parameters, the list is the standard contracts in the disaggregated and financial-futures reports, futures only and combined. set=all returns every stored contract, including the legacy report. contract is one CFTC market code. report is disagg, tff, or legacy. By default only active series are returned: the latest point falls within the last 28 days. Pass active=all for every stored series, or active=false for inactive ones. Each entry has the series id, title, active flag, and the latest point. The active flag still uses the current point. Costs 1 request unit. A delayed token omits the newest points, and the response includes pointsRemoved.
