List consolidation groups

Firm staff only. Returns groups (id, name, companies with organizationId, name, label in column order, eliminatedAccounts with type and name, accountHeadings with type, name, and accounts) and companies (id, name) you can add to a group. Groups that include a company you cannot access are left out.
