Per-employee payroll totals for a year

Payrolls count, gross pay, employee taxes, deductions, and net pay per employee plus year totals, aggregated from each processed payroll's cached per-employee breakdown. Read-only; no per-request Gusto call. Scoped to the authorized organization.
