List firm-managed client organizations for mapping

Used after firm-level account OAuth to populate client/company mapping pickers. The OAuth token is anchored to a LedgerHQ firm; client-specific API calls still pass x-organization-id. Supports limit up to 250, cursor pagination, type=client, includeFirm, firmOrganizationId, status=active|archived (default active), and the importPicker eligibility filter. Archived companies are soft-archived (deletedAt set), not billed, and cannot be opened until reinstated.

active = billable companies (deletedAt null). archived = soft-archived companies.

importPickerboolean

When true for active client companies, returns only import-picker candidates: Plaid connections and Plaid-derived postings are allowed, while completed reconciliations, completed historical imports, and non-Plaid journal activity are excluded.
