Invoicing

Create an invoice item

Adds an item to the company item library. unitPrice is in major currency units (e.g. 125.50) and may be negative for discount items; the response returns integer cents. Optional accountId is the default revenue account copied onto invoice lines when the item is used. Requires manage:invoices.
