Customer transactions and balance

One customer's invoices, received payments, and coded bank deposits (kind deposit: posted feed deposits assigned to the customer with no payment record), newest first, with the contact record and their open/overdue/lifetime balances. Amounts are integer cents; payment and deposit amounts are negative.
