Apply a post-import reconciliation setup change

Sets or adjusts the reconciliation baseline/starting point for an imported account: open a starting window, confirm a baseline, or roll back. Confirming may mark outstanding (never-cleared) transactions that stay unreconciled and carry into later reconciliations. Skipping is no longer supported; unconfirmed accounts stay in stasis and cannot take feed mappings or posted activity.

Imported bank transaction UUIDs that had NOT cleared the bank as of the baseline date; they stay unreconciled and carry forward. Find candidates via .../reconciliation-setup/outstanding-candidates.
