Prepare a fixed-template Tally email without sending

Requires admin:tally-email:write. Saves an immutable actor-owned preview. No sender, reply-to, signature, raw HTML, or arbitrary attachment overrides. Uses Tally tally@ledgerhq.ai and replies to tally@ledgerhq.ai.

Response

Saved preview with draftId, digest, fixed from/reply_to, recipients, HTML, text, previewHtml, and screenshot metadata; GET also returns receipt and deliveryStatus.
