MCP 28SV SQL Server Endpoint (Claude & ChatGPT Connector)

Read-only access to the 28SV SQL Server database.

**URL:** `POST /api/mcp/28SV`

**Header:**
- `Mcp-Session-Id` (optional but recommended) — will be echoed back in every response.

**Methods Supported (`method`):**
- `initialize`
- `notifications/initialized`
- `ping`
- `tools/list`
- `tools/call`

**Example — List tools:**

**Security**
- Read-only enforced (SELECT / WITH…SELECT only)
- DML/DDL blocked
- Multiple statements blocked
- Max rows limited (default 200, max 1000)
- Session header echoed to prevent ChatGPT link expiry

**Required env vars:** `MSSQL_SERVER` (shared), `MSSQL_28SV_DATABASE`, `MSSQL_28SV_USER`, `MSSQL_28SV_PASSWORD`
