Everything this memory holds, newest first.

kind filters to one type, q matches the name (case-insensitive, substring). total counts the filtered set, so a search paginates.

The person themselves is an entity like any other: their vertex is _speaker:<speaker_id> with kind speaker, created on their first turn. A map built around "me" starts there.
