Get the latest company CSV matching job

Returns the most recent matching job for the list, including the full set of identifiers that matched no company. This is the reload path: progress is pushed over SSE, but a user who refreshes the page reads the same state back here. A list nobody uploaded a file for has no job yet and the body is null.
