List triggers

The real-time triggers on a campaign, each with its actions.

A real-time trigger runs its actions for a lead as soon as the lead has been processed. Delayed triggers are not part of this API and are never listed.

Results are ordered by id and paged with a cursor: pass the response's search_after to fetch the next page, and stop when it comes back null.

Triggers per page, up to 250. Default 50.

The search_after value from the previous page. Omit for the first page.
