Add a daily monitor (email-confirmed)

Daily rendered rescan with score-drop email alerts. Max 50 monitors per license. Sends a confirmation link; the monitor activates on GET /confirm. The monitor pins the viewport it was created with (default mobile); monitors created before viewport support stay on desktop.
