Re-check a watch now (free).

Evaluates the watched identities against the current advisory feed at the time of the request. newly_malicious lists packages that were clean when you registered and are listed now; still_malicious were already listed then. Reading acknowledges an alert, so it is not reported as new again. An unknown id and a wrong token get the same 404.
