Get conversations by customer

Retrieves a paginated list of conversations using the unique Customer ID.

Any one of the following roles is required for this endpoint:

Legacy RoleEquivalent Permission Set Role
org.user.conversation.readorg.permission.conversation.read
get/customers/{id}/conversations

Number of pages to return for results. Default value: 1.

Number of results to return per page. Default value: 100.

date-time string in Internet Date/Time format (ISO 8601).
