Lists agents shared with this API key

Returns only agents shared with this API key for invocation in the same workspace. Does not return every agent in the workspace. Deleted and archived agents are omitted. Projects are not included. Disabled agents are included with disabled set to true, but chat completions reject them with 403 ASSISTANT_DISABLED until they are re-enabled. A well-formed cursor that matches no agent returns an empty agents array.
