Assign customer to bot

Assigns the customer with customer_id to the bot with bot_id. By default the bot starts immediately at its start node.

put/customers/{customer_id}/assign_bot/{bot_id}/

Path parameters

customer_idinteger required

Identifier of the customer.

bot_idinteger required

Identifier of the bot to assign the customer to.

Request body

launchboolean

If true, the bot starts immediately. If false, the bot waits until the customer sends a message.

nodestring

Node reference to start the bot from. Defaults to the start node. Right-click a node in the builder and choose Copy reference to obtain it.
