The Calendly accounts connected to the brand
The accounts a calendly block can go through, numbered the way its auth_id takes them. Each one is a Calendly user somebody connected to the brand, under the name Calendly had for them, and with their own scheduling_url: the page that offers every event type they have, which is what the block's scheduling_url takes when no single event type is meant. An empty list is answered by POST /connected-accounts/calendly/connections, a link a person in the brand opens to approve the connection at Calendly, not by anything a token does on its own.
Every account the brand has is listed, including ones connected in the builder, so the same Calendly user can appear more than once; any of them works.
What comes back is the id, the name and the page. Never a token: the credential stays where it is.
Needs the permission to view integrations, as the API the builder goes through does.
