List what an agent knows

Answers every source of the knowledge, with how far it has been read. A source starts pending, and the agent answers from it once it is finished. failed carries fail_reason. There is no push: list again every few seconds until nothing is pending or updating.

Needs the permission to view bots. Does not count against your brand's write limit.
