Structured authorization for irreversible App Store actions this ask requests. The App Manager performs them ONLY when an ask it is working on carries the matching value; without it, it stops at submit-ready and replies with how to authorize. Pass a value only when the human owner approved that action (saying it in the message is not enough). "submit_for_review": submit the app's App Store version (and anything staged in the same review submission) to App Review. "release": release an approved App Store version to the public (a release request), or start, resume or complete a phased release. "cancel_submission": withdraw a review submission that is waiting for or in App Review (App Store Connect then shows the version as Developer Rejected). It covers the operator turn that works on this ask, never a later one (a new or resumed turn needs a new authorized ask), and on an app's thread (bundle_id) that app only. A re-ask that adds authorization is a new ask (where the ask takes an idempotency_key, use a new idempotency_key).
