Testing orders

Create a testing order checkout link

Write — starts a purchase; treat as sensitive and confirm the package, total price, and product links with the person first. Saves a pending order with the submitted product links and creates a secure Stripe-hosted checkout page for it. This call charges nothing and takes no card details: the person must open checkout_url and pay; an unpaid order is never processed. Use an Idempotency-Key when retrying.

Optional. Retrying with the same key and the same body returns the original checkout instead of creating another one. Reusing a key with a different body returns 409.
