Read. Products people can fund toward laboratory testing, with live goal, amount funded, amount remaining, and allowed contribution range. Defaults to status=accepting_contributions; ordered by amount funded (highest first), then id.

Opaque pagination.next_cursor from the previous page. Only valid with the same filters and sort; repeat the request without it if you get invalid_cursor.
