Approve records an approval or rejection, pinned to the target's current revision/version. A new version/revision clears it (state is derived).

Exactly one of collection_id / artifact_id.

artifactIdstring

artifact_id approves/rejects a single artifact (from get_artifact); use instead of collection_id.

approvedboolean

approved=false is a rejection and requires a note.

notestring

note explains the decision; required when approved=false (a rejection).

spacestring

space optionally selects which of your spaces to act in (an id or name from list_spaces). Omit it when you belong to a single space.
