Create brief

Triggers asynchronous brief generation for a strategy. Returns immediately with a brief ID and status: processing. Poll GET /strategies/{uuid}/briefs/{id} for completion.

Only one evaluation may be active per strategy. If an evaluation is already running, this returns 409 evaluation_in_progress with the active brief_id.

Omit portfolio to re-evaluate using the latest normalized portfolio snapshot and any manual assets on the strategy.

Note: live_inputs is not accepted. Use context for additional evaluation signals. Sending live_inputs will return a 422 error.
