Publish an owner edit

Send only the fields to change (plus an optional note); they are merged over the listing and validated. With a verified, non-lapsed proof the edit publishes at once; changing the endpoint, access, or documentation re-runs the live check first (422 and no change on failure). Moving the endpoint to a host the proof does not cover, or editing a hidden listing, is queued for review (202). Owners cannot hide, unhide, rename the id, or delete. Rate limit: 30 requests per minute per IP.
