Document version timeline

Public datasets only. Returns every document in the dataset (including deleted ones) with its version history: one entry per approved revision, capturing the title, source URL, and revision id of the state that revision produced. Deleted documents end with a tombstone entry holding their last known content.

Documents to skip, newest first. Page with offset += limit until fewer than limit documents return.
