Report Frontend Error

Receive error reports from the frontend application.

This endpoint accepts error reports from the Next.js app's error boundaries and global error handlers. It creates GitHub issues for production errors using the same auto-issue system as the backend.

Includes PostHog session ID for direct link to session replay.

No authentication required - this allows error reporting even when auth state is broken. Rate limiting is handled by fingerprint deduplication.
