Continue From Ended Conversation

Resume from an ended conversation by injecting its summary as context into the user's currently active conversation.

Flow:

  1. Validate the ended conversation belongs to the caller and is ENDED.
  2. Pull the transcript (cheap DB read) while we still have the tenant session.
  3. Lock the active-conversation slot, find or create the user's active conversation, commit so the row is durable.
  4. Run the Gemini summary call after committing — we no longer need to hold a DB transaction during the slow upstream call.
  5. Trigger wake-up against the active conversation (uses its own service session); it validates the conversation is still ACTIVE before injecting, in case it was ended between commit and dispatch.
