Número de entidades retornadas por solicitud (límite: 250)

filter[talk_id][]integer[]

Filtrar por ID de conversación. Acepta un único ID o un arreglo de IDs

filter[contact_id][]integer[]

Filtrar por ID de contacto. Acepta un único ID o un arreglo de IDs

filter[entity_id][]integer[]

Filtrar por ID de entidad (lead). Acepta un único ID o un arreglo de IDs. Debe utilizarse junto con filter[entity_type]

filter[entity_type]'lead'

Tipo de entidad para filtrar por entity_id. Valores posibles: lead

filter[only_in_work]string

Este parámetro es opcional y no requiere un valor. Si está presente, solo se devuelven las conversaciones abiertas
