Remove Watchlist

Remove a (user, username, platform) row from the watchlist.

?platform= is a query parameter; default is "tiktok" so legacy clients that pass no platform keep deleting the TikTok row. Idempotent — delete-of-nonexistent is a no-op (returns 204).
