Fetch the latest comments via Apify now and (re)classify sentiment.

Returns the capture counts + the refreshed summary. Best-effort: an Apify failure or unset token returns {"ok": False, "error": ...} rather than a 5xx so the UI can show a soft "couldn't refresh" state.
