Send Test Outreach

Send a test outreach email through the real SendGrid pipeline.

The recipient (your own inbox usually) gets a normal-looking email whose Reply-To is reply+<conversation_id>@<INBOUND_HOSTNAME>. Reply from your inbox normally; SendGrid Inbound Parse routes the reply back to POST /api/crm/inbound and it lands on this conversation's timeline. Use GET /admin/email-test/<conv>/events to verify the round-trip.
