Refresh one custom hostname from Cloudflare for SaaS: pull hostname and SSL status, ownership TXT / SSL validation records, and update the local row. Use after the customer publishes DNS (CNAME and optional ownership/SSL TXT). Pass hostname or the row id from packageAppCustomHostnameList.
