Download Item Archive

Stream the item's content as a downloadable ZIP. Visibility mirrors GET /items/{id}: approved items are public; non-approved items are available to admins and the author (so a moderator can download a submitted project before it's live). Unlike POST /items/{id}/download this does not require an S3 storage key — it packages the inline content on the fly.
